Activity Programme five days, Monday to Friday:
Monday:
Travel to Elan Valley Lodge.
Arrival time flexible, depending on your travel time. Welcome and introductions, settle into accommodation.
Please bring a packed lunch for your first day.
PM: Map reading session followed by local walk with practical map reading exercise around the Elan Village which will include a visit to the nearest dam and an explanation of the Elan water complex.

19.30 – 20.45 Inter team map reading challenge using the map reading skills from earlier
Tuesday:

09.20 Travel by Land Rover to our activity site on the reservoir for a full day of:
- Canoeing on the reservoir
- Various High ropes challenges
18.00 Dinner
19.30 Activity organised by school staff.
Wednesday:

09.20 Team orienteering challenge in Nant Gwyllt Forest
PM Water System Valley tour followed by a visit to PenyGarreg Dam we can often arrange a trip through the 100 year old tunnels inside the dam itself.
18.00 Dinner
19.30 An evening of team problem solving challenges (centre staff)
Thursday:
08.00 Breakfast

09.20 Rotate round three activities all a short walk from the lodge:
- Archery
- Abseiling
- Rock Climbing
18.00 Dinner
19.30 Activity organised by school staff.
Friday:

Raft Building or similar activity to be aranged to fit with required departure time
